Jeffery and the RST team were amazing. I am a first time home buyer and my insurance dropped me 2 months in due to my roof. I got scheduled right away for an assessment. Jeffery was able to help me prove to a new insurance company that my roof was relatively new and while there was some lifting it was still in good shape. He went above and beyond. When I do need a roof eventually, I know who I’m calling.

In terms of the their customer service, they're very good. since the new roof was installed only a month ago, I can't really comment on the work quality of their crew.
